a) 3×3 TnG Squat Snatch to warm up
b) Work sets of
1 pause below the knee squat snatch + 1 btk squat snatch
c) If they’re feeling good you can take some heavy attempts at a squat or power snatch. If you fail a weight 2 or more times drop back down

*Each individual may have different faults. You’ll each be given separate exercises to work those weaknesses as we’re warming up*
