I think we had our biggest day at OSA so far yesterday. 55 people came to workout in the heat! For getting close to vacation season well take it! Let’s see if we can get 70 in in one day!


A) E30s x 8 rounds

7 one-arm Russian KB Swings@challenging (switch arms each time, 4 sets per arm)


B) E20s x 8 rounds

1 Box jump@high (step down, use benches to assist if necessary)


C) E30s x 8 rounds

1 Hang split clean + 1 Power jerk@same (switch leg each time, 4 sets per leg)


D) E45s x 8 rounds
