STRENGTH: Deadlifts
w/s: 7 x 2 @ Increasing. Hit a heavy weight around set 4 then stay there.
After sets are completed, 1 x 30 Romanian Deadlifts @ Empty Bar.

SPEED:
A) 8 x Triple Broad Jump (Jump, as soon as your feet hit the ground, go right into the next jump.)
B) 10-15 x 25m Sprints. Working on speed off the start. Rest as needed between sets.

NO BARBELL BOOT CAMP

A) Row Intervals 30s Easy + 20s Medium + 10s Fast x 6
B) 6 Rounds
10 DB Strict Press
Rest 30s
40 Jump Rope
Rest 20s
10-15 leg Lifts
Rest 10s

OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASS

A) Squat Snatch to a heavy single.
B) Hit this complex a few times to get technique down:
2 High Hang + 1 Full + 1 Snatch Balance @ light
C) Practice slow Snatch Pulls w/ Empty Bar
