3×10 KB/DB Shoulder to Overhead (All reps Unbroken go up each set or stay heavy all sets)
3xME Plank (Max Effort!)

TEST:
Run
Horsepound run for time

NO BARBELL BOOTCAMP:

Run to telephone pole & back
20 KB SDHP
10 Leg Lifts
*Rest 1:1*

b) 5x
10 DB Row right side
10 Shoulder Press
10 DB Row left Side
20 Mt. Climbers

 
OLYMPIC CLASS
a) Snatch to a Max (15 minutes)
b) Snatch Complex x 5 sets@light (work perfect position and speed)
1 Tempo Pull + 1 HH Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
c) Snatch Grip Rows 4×10
