STRENGTH: Squats
a) Front Squat to a challenging single (no failed reps)
b) Back Squat 6×6@same across

TECHNIQUE: Jerks
a) Push Jerks (Pause in the catch position for 2-3 seconds)
b) Split Jerks (Pause in the catch position for 2-3 seconds)
*Spend 10 minutes on each working on catching the bar in a solid position*

 

NO BARBELL BOOT CAMP:
a) 4 Rounds
10 Step Ups (can use DBs)
50 Mt Climbers
3 Suicide Sprints
*Rest 60s between rounds*

b) 3 Rounds
20 Scissor Kicks
10 Inchworm Walk Outs
40 jump Ropes
20 Medball GTO
*Rest 30s between rounds*
