a) 3-4 sets to try and find a Max weight walking 30’ down & back. Start from a rack.

CONDITIONING: “La Machina”
CASH IN: 20 Back Squats

12 Deadlifts
24 Push Ups

 

NO BARBELL BOOT CAMP: (Same as yesterdays)
a) 3×3 min AMRAPs
6 Push Ups
9 KB Swings
6 AbMats (arms crossed if possible)

b) Row 30 Calories AFAP, but 30s On/Off
