Hello everyone and happy Wednesday! Today’s workout is going to be a fun one. Make sure to come a little early to get in extra foam rolling and mobility work to make those handstands and front squats perfect! Lets see who can hit a 30+s L-Sit!

 

STRENGTH:
6×3 Handstand Push Ups
6xME L-Sit

CONDITIONING: Every 2 minutes, 5x
5 Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
5 Shoulder to Overheads
