Since numbers were lacking today we will repeat Tuesdays workout! It was a good gymnastics day and I want to expose everyone to the movements. Also don’t forget the refer a friend contest! Make sure if you get anyone to sign up due to your awesomeness that they let me know!

From now until we get crammed I want everyone to try and bring a friend or family member to class with them on Fridays. The only rule is to make sure you let me know if you are! Thanks everyone!


Handstands 4xME (if you’re doing freestanding and can’t hold for at least 10s then to more sets)
– Back to wall > Facing wall > Facing wall with kick off > free standing

Leg lifts 5×6-8
– Pull up bar > Parallettes > Rings

Pull Ups 4×6-10 Strict
rest 4 minutes
1xME kipping/butterfly

Hollow Rocks – 100 for time
Back Extensions – 3×10 weighted
