Starting next week there will be no 8:00am classes. Also there will only be 10:00am open gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We should have am classes today unless the roads freeze, but we should be good. Any updates will be posted here and on FB.

Skill/Warm up: Handstands
practice shoulder taps free standing or against a wall. Or practice regular handstands

Strength: Push Jerk
w/u: 1×8 Push Press, 2×6 Push Jerk
w/s: 3×3 @ Medium

Strength: Front Squat
w/u: 3×5 @ increasing
w/s: 7×4 @ 70%-80%
