Today will be dedicated to gymnastics/body weight movements. DEPENDING HOW MANY PEOPLE MISS TODAY WE MAY GO OVER ALL OF THESE AGAIN THURSDAY. We will go over many movements so have that extra cup of coffee today and be ready to learn! Anyone who is sore from Monday and Tuesday should still come! This is our chance to learn new movements, plus the reps will help get blood flow to those achy muscles… See you then!

List to go over (time will dictate what we get through):
Headstand > Handstand against wall> Handstand Push Up > Handstand
Pull ups > kipping pull ups > butterfly pull ups
Push up > Dips > Muscle Ups
Hollow Body > L-sit
