Alright guys mark your calendars for November 14th! We’re going to have our in-house competition that day. Here are brief details

It will run 10am-2pm
It will be both individual & team! There will be 3 events for individuals (for everyone!), then after we’ll get in our teams and see which team can lift the most weight!
Plan after is to head out for food and drinks

We’ll have a sign up sheet in the gym tomorrow or Thursday. Sign up for the individual and team, and the going out part as well. Do this ASAP so we can get plans going.

THIS IS GOING TO BE/BE FOR FUN! So don’t sweat the competition part, its more so to give you something extra to push for and to bring the gym together.
