Are You Hungry? Or Cold?

Hopefully your Cinco De Mayo was fun (but not too fun!)
 
Now we have found a 5RM back squat we can begin some serious 5×5’s!
 
– Also we will be selling shirts & hats for the gym over the next month if anyone is interested in ordering one! We will have a link to an online store (provided by my tee shirt guy) as we release new stuff. For each order you will have a time frame you can place your order. Once the time period is up, he prints all the shirts and ill pick them up.
 
For now we just have mens/womens Regionals tee/tanks and snapback hats. We’ll post the link to the store tomorrow once its finished. If anyone wants to pay with cash instead of a card let a coach know!
 
 
–Regionals weekend (Fri 5/19-Sun 5/21 we’ll have the following schedule–
– Friday 5/19 – Normal Schedule. We will have Jessica Manfro coaching in the morning and Thomas Sprague coaching in the evening.
– SATURDAY & SUNDAY – We will be closed!
 
Coach G will be competing Fri-Sun. Once they release heats times and the workouts we will post about them. We hope everyone can make it at least one day!
 
 
Anyone having trouble finding a quick and easy breakfast?? Look into “over-night oats”. Quick and easy way to make a delicious breakfast (or other meal) where you can control exactly how calorically dense it is. Here’s a yummy recipe…
 
In a Mason Jar combine:
⅔ cup unsweetened milk of choice (almond, cashew, rice for non-dairy-ers) OR water
½ cup (heaping) rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
0-2 tablespoons local honey
 
You can add protein powder to these to increase the protein!
