CONDITIONING: EMOM 6 minutes
3-6 Strict HSPUs [ODD] Add deficit if 6 is easy
3 Deadlifts@75~1RM
         then get set up and do
                                 EMOM 6 minutes
6-12 Kipping HSPUs [ODD] Add deficit if 12 is easy
1 Deadlift@85~1RM
