GYMNASTICS: Kipping/Butterfly & Toes to bar
Spend 15 minutes practicing
If you can do all these then work on bar muscle ups or ring muscle ups. If you can do those make them perfect when strung together.

30 Thrusters@95/65
20 TTB/Leg Lifts
30 Ball Toss@heaviest where you can still hit the star
20 TTB/Leg Lifts
30 Hang DB Snatch (15/arm)
