Remember guys… THIS SATURDAY THERE IS ONLY 1 CLASS AT 8:00AM. There’s is a competition at CrossFit Bell City in which many of our OSAers are competing in!!! Everyone better come show support wearing some OSA gear! I don’t know if they wil be, but hopefully the shorts will be ready in time.

CONDITIONING: Pull Up Complex
4 Rounds
2-3 Strict + 2-4 Kipping + 3-5 Butterfly

*Goal is to do it without coming of the bar*
