Hey guys… MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR CLASSES. The limit is 6 people per c lass so if the class is full you will have to come to another time. Also, if you sign up for a class but cannot make it please try and cancel your appointment so your space will be open for someone else. Finally 10 AM CLASSES WILL NOW BE OPEN GYM UNTIL 11. You still need to sign up for them though.

We have a tough one today. I want you guys to push to the limit on this one. If you can walk properly for the next day(s) after this one then you didn’t go hard enough! Hoorah..
