Great job yesterday on the run/deadlift WOD! Now your backs WILL BE sore today. The worst thing you can do is sit and relax all day. If you’re not coming in then find something near you that can mimic a foam roller and ROLL OUT! Also an AM warm up/stretch session will do you body good. It’s your call whether you do it or not, we won’t allow any complaining though!

16 HR Push Ups
