a) Strict Press to a max in as little sets as possible (warm up good)
b) Push Press 3×3@increasing


METCON:
“Serve A Purpose” 10-8-6-4-2 Pull Up V-Up Box Jump


NO BARBELL BOOT CAMP:

a) 3×3 min AMRAPs
6 Push Ups
9 KB Swings
6 AbMats (arms crossed if possible)

b) Row 30 Calories AFAP, but 30s On/Off
