Tuesday 5/6

a) Pistols

– Progressions

– 4×3 tempo per leg w pause in bottom (band assistance if needed, or stand on a box)


b) Find 3RM weighted Ring Dip

– if you don’t have ring dips yet then find a 3 rep max close grip bench, share racks. After work some negative dips  (weighted if possible)


c) Triple Broad Jump

– We’ll go over a few drills to get you using those hios fully and explosively. After youll have 5 attempts to find a max distance triple broad jump.
