So over the next few weeks Courtney and Justin are going to be shadowing classes, and possibly leading some. Both have taken their CrossFit Level 1 course and are learning the ropes! So if they come over to help you please show them the attention you show anthony, neiL and myself! Thank you everyone

 

a) GYMNASTICS: Handstands

Those that can, try some FS handstands. If you cannot do these we have substitutions.

 

b) ACCESSORY: Ring Work (not sure the exact name)

2 x 20 rings lateral + 10 rings forward

 

c) OLYMPIC: EMOM x 10

Hang Snatch (From your weaker position) x 1 rep

*Sets 1-3 – 55-65%

*Sets 4-6 – 65-75%

*Sets 7-10 – 75-85%

 

d) OLYMPIC: EMOM x 10

Hang Power Clean + Jerk

*Sets 1-3 – 55-65%

*Sets 4-6 – 65-75%

*Sets 7-10 – 75-85%
