Hey guys! so August 15th there’s a Dragon boat race which were trying to get a team to do! It’s a 21 person row boat race (at least 8 must be women). Anyone interested should tell one of the coaches, we’re going to have a sign up list soon. All details can be found on the posters hanging up at the gym!

 

A) GYMNASTIC CONDITIONING: EMOM x 8

O – 3-6 MU/C2B/x2 PU

E – 10 Pistols not alternating (weight/reg/rolling/asst… if you can’t do these with good form well sub high step ups)

 

b) BOUNDING: Box Jumps

3×5 jumps@high/can stack plates (must step down, don’t rush jumps, but don’t take a rest)

 

c) METCON: Teams of 2
