Quick announcements:
1) There are going to be changes made to the schedule regarding Boot Camps and the Olympic Lifting class.

2) 4th of july there is only one class at 10am! Will be a fun one!

3) We’re happy seeing so many new faces so keep spreading the word!

METCON #2: “Down Deep”
9-5-9
Overhead Squats@medium to heavy if you have good ROM
Toe to Bar (work to keep legs straight)
