Ahhh we’re all signed up! Thank you Tom for sending me the link to this! Every day 22 Veterans commit suicide. It’s sad to think that people who put their lives on the line for us are going through this without much help. Now we can help! Active Heroes provides assistance and programs for Veterans and their families to get through PTSD and depression from war. The cool part is that we will also honor them with a workout held on Saturday August 20th! It will consist of 22 repetitions of 22 movements. At the 22 minute mark we will stop, take a knee and give 2 minutes of silence for all those who have fallen to this epidemic. Mark your calendars, we’ll see you guys then!
