MOBILITY: Squat mechanics

15 minutes to start squatting better:

– Lacrosse ball to thighs/calves in tight spots
– Banded couch/hip/Ham stretch in squat rack
– Ankle Stretch
– Wide/straight footed squat holds in squat rack
– As a group 5x45s squat holds
WOD: 3 RFT
10 Squat Cleans
15 Toes to Bar
** 3 Burpees EMOM starting with burpees**

 

STRETCH:
Find 2 new stretches to work problem areas.. Ask a coach!
