2 Legged

 

L1:

Practice rope climb technique then do:

5×5 Elevated Ring Rows

 

B) Back Squats

EMOM x 9

1 – 3 reps

2 – 2 reps

3 – 1 rep

*All at same weight, around 75% 1RM”
