WOD: “Gwen”
Clean & Jerks for max load each set.

*No dropping the bar.
**You may rest the bar overhead, in the front rack, or at the hips, but once you pass below the knee you must go into the next rep.
***Any style clean (muscle, power, full, split) may be used as well as any style press (strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk).


CONDITIONING: 5x each not rotating
5-10 Burpee over the box jumps
*Rest 30s* b/w each
10-20 Toes to Bar
*Rest 30s b/w each
