a) GYMNASTIC STRENGTH: Pull Ups

LEVEL 2 – 3 sets

5 Band RESISTED pull ups (NOT assisted), or pull ups with pause at top and bottom

LEVEL 1 – 3 sets

5 Weighted modified pull ups, negatives, or modified pull ups

 

b) GYMNASTIC CONDITIONING:

LEVEL 2 – 3 sets

3 Bar M.U. + 3 C2B + 3 Pull Up + 3 TTB

LEVEL 1 – 3 sets

15 Band Pull downs + 10 Knees to elbow (make sure you engage lats)

 

c) SPEED/AGILITY: Hurdle Sprint

w/s – 4×6 Hurdles into sprint (make sure you do some light sprints to warm up your hammys)

*rest 90s between*
