Keep an eye on the roads guys. I’m assuming it’ll be fine but there is a chance of ice/wintery mix. If they’re bad in the AM I’ll make a post.

STRENGTH: Turkish Get Ups
– Work up to heavy single
(If you can do a 53/35 kettlebell, work with a barbell today)

CORE:
Do whichever one first, just make sure you hit hip extensions before or after!

3×15-20 Hip extensions

3RFT:
10 KB tea pots per side
20 KB Russian twists per side
30 Hollow rocks
