Thursday 3.3.16

We hope to have a big crowd for this Friday Night workout! Some people asked if we could do one on a saturday… The final Open workout is 3 weeks away. We thought it’d be cool to get everyone together to do it, then chow down on some food and drinks. A few people said it’d be better to be done on a Saturday for something like that. What do you guys think??

 

a) Warm Up:
AMRAP 8
10 Back Extensions
3×3 Sumo Squat Drill
30 Calf Raise + stretch

b) ENDURANCE:
0:00-15:00 AMRAP
150m/100m Row Sprints
*alternate with partner*

15:00-17:00 REST

17:00-25:00 AMRAP
10 Push Ups
1/2 Lap around gym (can sub 80 Mt climbers)
10 KB/DB Cleans
*Go movement for movement with a partner*
