TECHNIQUE: Power Jerks

Complex – 2 with a tempo dip, 2s pause in dip, 2s pause in catch, then stand + 1 normal Power Jerk

w/s – build to a heavy single, but we’re being strict with form. If it’s not 90% perfect then no more weight



1 Rope Climb/2 Rope Ups

5/3 Dips/5/3

5 high jumps@20″ above reach or as high as possible


ACCESSORY: Do 3×20 face pulls before stretching
