a) Warm up with a few sets of

3 Snatch High Pulls + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS

b) 8 x

2 Pause Snatches from below the knee@increasing

*Not TnG, drop from the top. Pick it up from the floor to the below knee position*
