10 Front Rack Lunges@115/75 (alternating, 5 each leg)
20 Double Unders
*If you finish 3 rounds in 5 mins, go for another 3 rounds before the 10 minute mark. If you get through 6 rounds in 10 minutes go for another 3 rounds before the 15 minute mark, etc… until you fail*
