Friday feel free to come dressed up in a costume! Word on the street is a banana may be teaching classes… we have some.awesome stuff planned for the next few months; events, a competition, open prep workouts, and our 2nd annual holiday party.

Speaking of that give us some input into what you guys think would be fun to do as a gym, for our holiday party, etc… we have a section on one of the whiteboards for it!

 

Today is OPEN DAY at the gym. Today is your day to work on anything and everything. We will be here to help you with a weakness or to make up a workout you missed, or just give you some active recovery to keep your body’s primed.

The gym will be open 6am-11:30am and 3:30pm-8:30pm

The work below will be posted as active recovery/accessory for those who have been here monday-wednesday…
Every Thursday we’ll post a long stretch/mobility routine for people to do.

 

a) MOBILITY:
90s at each, repeat entire thing 2x
Standing Straddle, Dragon, Sleeping Dragon, ½ Front Split, Pigeon… both legs, Bound Angle

Then work some stability for the shoulders with kbs and bands

 

b) OLYMPIC: Technique work
– Pulls with pauses through the positions
