a) Spend 10 minutes going over these:
Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Btn Push Press
then,
b) E90s x 7
1 Bear Complex@increasing
*Try to keep it to push press but if you need to switch to jerks that counts*

 

BURNER:
OPTION 1 (if you’re good at wall walks)
AMRAP 6

1 Walk Walk + HSPU (if you can do it)
5 Pull Ups
10 Double Unders/20 singles

OR

OPTION 2
AMRAP 5
6-10 Push UpsĀ (number you can do unbroken each time)
5 Pull Ups
10 Double Unders/20 Singles
