3 minutes to complete:
80 Pull ups
3 minutes to complete:
60 Front Squats@135/95
3 minutes to complete:
60 Push Press@115/75
**No rest between rounds**
**2 ab-mat sit-ups per person for each rep not completed at end**
**If you finish reps in 3 minutes, rest until next round**
