9:00am class and 5:30pm class. If anyone’s interested in the gym being opened a little earlier then the times posted please let us know, we’ll try and accommodate everyone.

10 DB/KB STO

15 push ups

10 KB SDHP

*4 min is a long time, if you feel like it’s too long feel free to challenge yourself with weight today*
