2 – 12 Russian KB Swings

3 – 20 Abmats@weighted if possible

 

b) CORE: 3x

10 single leg v-ups with pause at the top (5 per leg)

30s-60s side plank per side

5 10s pause “shakey” OHS (pvc + bands + kbs)

 

c) 3x300m/250m Row
