3:00-13:00 – Find a max High Hang Squat Clean (Take your time. Maybe hit 3 attempts)

13:00-15:00 – 20 Wallballs

15:00- Finish – 50 AbMats
3 Rope Climbs
50 shoulder Taps (most people push up position with feet elevated)
