Don’t forget Coach Neil and Michelle are competing at CrossFit New Windsor today! It’s only 20 or 30 minutes away so go cheer them on! We want to see another trophy in here next week! The competition will start around 9:30 and run until 3 or so.

 

There is a normal schedule for classes

 

a) Back Squat

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%

*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%

*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%

*Sets 4-6 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

Rest 2 min between

 

b) Double Unders

30s on/off x 5

 

c) 21-15-9

Power Cleans@115/75

Burpees over bar
