Thanks to everyone who came out for our Friday Night Lights! First Open night was a success! You all killed it and we all appreciate those who came/stuck around for everyone. Everyone who didn’t you missed pizzaaaaa!

Last night ran late because the open workout required the entire gym and was 20 mins long. So next time we hope to have a bigger crowd!

b) STRENGTH: Tempo Back Squats
w/s – 7×3@increasing until the 5th. 3s down, brief pause, then stand

10 V-Ups
10 Side Sit Ups (per)
