SATURDAY 1/2/16

Starting next week Thursdays will be back to regular classes. We may make 5:30pm-6:30pm an Olympic lifting class. If we do any who come at that time and don’t want to olympic lift can do the class workout on their own. We’ll have the new schedule posted asap.
