Alright guys here’s some news:

Lo and Dre killed it in CrossFit Stors competition this past Saturday. Their final workout included a sand bag run, sand bag thrusters and burpees all done outside in the heat (may see this WOD soon :])… They pushed through and placed 4th! Great job ladies

So we’re about 3 weeks out of Barbells For Boobs and its looking to have a big turnout. Keep spreading the word! Thanks to Julia for raising so much money thus far and to Bobs Diner for a very generous donation! Go eat lunch there!

I see our gym is in 39th place for money raised. Lets see if OSA can make top 10. Set a goal for yourself to try and double  your money by the end of this week. I ask my friends and fellow gym owners to please donate something regardless of how big or small! Thanks every one…
ALSO OSAers: We were thinking of having an OSA bake sale the day of to provide some delicious treats for sale with the proceeds going to BBFB. Lets us know in in the gym or message us on facebook and let us know if you’d be interested in baking something small. Lauren will be providing us with cupcakes!
