Monday 6/8

Coach Neil and Gary had an awesome time this weekend at their CrossFit Kids Certification. They learned a lot, some of which we’ll be able to incorporate into the regular classes!

We’re going to spend the next week deciding how to structure it then we’ll make a big post of how it will work. We hope you’re all as excited as we are!



a) STRENGTH: Front Squats

w/s – 1-2-3-4

*EMOM all at same weight*



b) STRENGTH: BtN Push Press

w/s – 5×3@increasing

*Only doing behind the neck if you can bring it down safely. Otherwise go from the front*
