Awesome job by everyone this week on 14.4!! Hopefully those toes to bar don’t haunt you. Remember we do these things to keep us striving to get better. If all movements were easy there wouldn’t be as much drive to get better. Let’s keep working hard this week… one more WOD to go!

On a side note: Make sure the only ones coaching are the coaches. We appreciate someone who is trying to help, but cues and techniques should be taught by us coaches. If someone asks you a question or for help, then go for it if you think you can assist. Otherwise please leave the instruction to us. Thanks guys, lets get after it!

**If you struggle overhead don’t go heavy. Stick with empty bar and work your way down to a full squat. Do some mobility work in between sets.**
