The final week of the open is upon us! We’re going to have a sign up list for this coming Friday. We want everyone to come that night  (even if you don’t want to hit the workout). We’ll have pizza and beer/cider but we’ll need a headcount! Great workout today!

 

Warm Up:

CONDITIONING:

3×25 Burpees to target, 60s rest between

3×30 DB Snatch (total), 30s rest between

3xLap around gym (inside running if it’s wet out), 30s rest between

*reps can be scaled*

 

STRENGTH: Front Squats

w/s – 7-7-5-3-1@increasing but not max effort

 

POST WOD STRETCH:

Pick 1 or 2 stretches and hold each for 3 minutes
