b) STRENGTH: Lunges
w/s – 5×6@HAF (per leg)
*Front rack if possible, if not back rack*

c) ACCESSORY: 3 Rounds
suit case carry down & back (per side)
10 PVC + Band Rotation w/ control
PVC + Band + KB walk down & back
20 tea pots
