While attending the Sandy Hook fund raiser I saw something interesting  on CF RedZone’s white board… “can’t = burpees”, I interpreted this to mean every time someone says “can’t” they had to do burpees. I love this idea. So NEW RULE AT CF OSA: Every time someone say’s “I can’t” they owe 3 burpees. Enjoy.
