So this week is going to be TECHNIQUE WEEK. Each day the first half will be dedicated to technique, then we will have some short conditioning to get you guys sweating. This week ***ANYONE CAN COME TO AS MANY CLASSES AS THEY WANT*** I want to make sure everyone gets to spend time with all the movements. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR CLASSES!!!
