Monday 10/6

Hello everyone. We have a great week of workouts planned! We have some updates for you guys:

!) 2 of our members Nicole (Cole Train) and Michelle (MichChew) Chuidina were in their first competition this past weekend. They finished 8th and 9th which is awesome! OSA is proud of you ladies!

2) Let’s make this Friday another family/friend Friday. We ask everyone to try and bring a friend or family member to class with them! It’ll be a team workout so they’ll get to workout with you!

3) We’re 2 weeks out of our Barbells For Boobs Event and it seems like it’ll be pretty big! Over the last week those fundraisers on our team have done an awesome job and helped us reach our $5,000 goal! So we raised the goal up to $8,000… lets see if we can hit that. I want to personally thank everyone who’s donated! Thanks to your donations 70 people have the opportunity to get early detection!

4) There are 2 BBFB Evens going on this coming weekend. one is at Downstate CrossFit and the other is at CrossFit Danbury. If you’re free this weekend go show support! Coach G will be going to both!
