Awesome week planned once again! Awesome job to everyone who competed this weekend! It was a tough competition that tested everyone and we’re proud of all of you. Congrats to Coach G & Michelle’s teams who took home the gold! Thank you everyone who came out and cheered for us! We had an awesome turnout at this competition which made us very happy. Unfortunately the Coaches suck and forgot to get an OSA picture with everyone… Next time.

Today we have a Hero Workout to honor another fallen soldier. These men and women give up their freedom so we can have ours. Let’s pay our respects today and empty the tank on this one.
